    Great blog. Your readers might be interested in the BBQ Bootcamp that is going on at Alisal Guest Ranch in Solvang Oct. 27-30. Frank Ostini of the Hitchingpost and the Alisal’s executive chef will be sharing grilling secrets.

    I wish an organization in our community would put together an annual Santa Maria Style Tri-Tip Cook Off where local restaurants and individuals can compete for best Tri-Tip of the area!! Get our local wineries, strawberry farmers and local bands involved and this could bring in lots of money to the community!! Santa Maria Tri-Tip is what we are known for so we should celebrate it!!
